Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Skyline Digital IT ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms govern your use of our Microsoft 365 consulting, implementation, and management services.

Services Description

Skyline Digital IT provides Microsoft 365 solutions for small and medium businesses, including but not limited to:

Client Responsibilities

As a client of Skyline Digital IT, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver our services
  2. Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  3. Obtain appropriate licensing for Microsoft 365 products
  4. Ensure you have necessary permissions for any data or systems we access
  5. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Fees and Payment

Our fees for services are as outlined in your service agreement. Unless otherwise specified:

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to our services, including but not limited to software, documentation, and methodologies, remain the property of Skyline Digital IT or our licensors.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our deliverables solely for your internal business operations.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information received from the other party that is marked as confidential or would normally be considered confidential under the circumstances.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyline Digital IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the services in the six months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements for cause upon 30 days' written notice of a material breach, if such breach remains uncured at the expiration of such period.

Upon termination, you must cease using our services and we will provide you with a final invoice for any outstanding fees.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Casablanca, Morocco.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our website or via email. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
